Missing Person’s Families in the Trincomalee District provided COVID-19 Food Relief by CTC.

On May 4th 2020, 150 Missing Person’s Families throughout Trincomalee District in many DS Divisions, received Food Relief support from the Canadian Tamil Congress. Each of these families received food supplies for one week. The distribution was implemented by the North and East Economic Development Centre and the Trincomalee District Welfare Association with the assistance of Missing Persons Association in the Trincomalee District.

 Each food package, contained 5 kg Rice, 2 kg Flour, 1 kg Sugar, 1 kg Lentils, 50 grams of Tea and 2 soap bars.
