Update on CTC’s COVID-19 Food Relief Effort in the Amparai District of Sri Lanka
April 23, 2020.
On Tuesday April 22nd, a total 102 families from Kanchiramkudah (40),Thiruppathi (30) and Pannankadu – Kannakipuram villages in the Thirukkovil and Alayadivembu DS Divisions of Amparai District received the food relief packages from Tamil Canadians.
A total of 302 most vulnerable families in the Batticaloa district have received CTCs’ COVID-19 food relief through the NEED centre with the help of local leaders and volunteers up to now.
